We sell our Angus beef by reservation only on a first-come, first-served basis.  Each reservation, or "slot," secures one side of beef from our upcoming production year.

Our cattle are finished each spring and processed in late spring.  Because we raise a limited number of cattle each year, availability is limited.

Current Pricing

• 2027: $10.80/lb.

• 2028: $11.80/lb.

A side of beef typically yields 220–230 lbs. of packaged, vacuum-sealed beef. At current pricing, a 2027 side costs approximately $2,376–$2,484, depending on the final packaged weight.

A non-refundable $500 deposit reserves your slot. Before processing, we'll email your custom cut sheet (at least 30 days in advance).  To maximize tenderness and flavor, your beef will be dry-aged for 14–21 days, then processed, vacuum sealed, and packaged.

When your order is ready, we'll notify you.  The remaining balance is due within 4 days, and your beef will be released once payment is received in full.  We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, ACH, and bank-certified checks. (ACH payments are appreciated because they help us keep processing costs—and ultimately our prices—lower.)

Orders are picked up at Gold Star Meats in Dry Ridge, KY. Limited delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee when arranged in advance. *

If payment is not received by the deadline, your deposit is forfeited and your reservation may be offered to the next customer on our wait-list.

Reservations for each new production year open May 1st.

If all regular slots are filled, you can reserve a backup slot.  Backup reservations are filled if a customer cancels or defaults; otherwise, they automatically roll over to the following year's production.

*Delivery is the exception, not the norm, and does cost extra. Customer pick-up is expected unless coordinated prior. Delivery availability is limited to the IN-KY-OH tri-state area only and based on total mileage not exceeding 150 miles round trip from Dry Ridge, KY. If you live outside of the delivery area, you must make arrangements to pick up your beef yourself.‍
