IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE ORDERING: We are a small cattle ranch company in northern KY, we DO NOT ship our beef; all orders must be picked up by you from our butcher located in Dry Ridge, KY. If you can not pick up your order, we do provide limited delivery, for an extra fee, to southern Indiana, southern Ohio, and northern and central Kentucky. As we continue to grow, we may expand delivery areas.
We sell our Angus beef by the side. That means you are getting half of a heifer/steer with all of the cuts of beef. We do not sell individual cuts of beef.
Our butcher packages the beef with vacuum seal packaging.
We do not sell our beef by the cut. We sell by the side only, which means you will get approximately 200-220lbs of beef. You will need a deep freezer that is large enough to store your beef. Typically, a side of beef will fill a freezer sized at 8-10 cubic feet.
A side of beef contains various cuts of beef, including brisket, steaks, and hamburger. Please see our standard cut sheet. If you would like to customize your cuts, we must be notified via email at the time you place your order.
We charge a flat fee for your side of Angus beef at a fixed cost per pound, which includes the cost of butcher processing and packaging. That includes all of the cuts of meat and packaged hamburger.
You must pick up your order from our butcher on the day of pickup. The butcher does not have extra storage space to store your beef long-term. If you can not pick up your beef on the day of processing, we can pick up your beef and deliver it to you for an extra fee. Your beef will not be delivered until it is paid for in full, including the delivery fee. Delivery fees are based on mileage and time of delivery, and must be requested 72 hours prior to pickup date.
We sell our sides of beef based on advanced orders. We are a small family business with a set cattle herd size that produces limited quantities of beef every year. We have limited quantities that vary from year to year. We sell our beef on first-come, first-served basis. You must reserve your beef side in advance. Cattle are finished in the spring of every year. We require a $500 deposit to reserve your slot for a side of beef. The balance of your order is due before pickup. Your beef will not be released until your order is paid in full. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, ACH payments, and personal checks.
